Refund Policy

All sales are final. All of our products are custom-designed and made to order (print-on-demand products), which means they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the printing or quality of the product. We do not do exchanges for wrong sizes. 

If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to replace it or offer a full refund. Please contact us at smallbrainedamerican@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with detailed information and photos of the issue.

For any questions regarding your order, feel free to reach out to our customer service team. Thank you for understanding that, due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
